Back in 1969 when Betts McCoy first took over The Cheese Shop and renamed it Villanova Cheese Shop, she began delighting the tasebuds of her customers in the “Mainline” Philadelphia suburbs. Eventually selling over 300 varieties of cheese, the Shops flourished along with Betts Foods manufacturing and distribution. Today, the family tradition lives on with Betts’ daughter Susan and husband John Fissinger, and their three sons. Together, they promise another generation of customers the unique quality and taste of Betts Gourmet Cheese Spreads.
